Bespoke 1:1 Coaching package terms

All session must be paid in full and upfront before the first session. 

Payment plans are available - these will incur an increase to the overall cost by 10%  

Refunds can be be given up to 14 days after purchase. If a session has already taken place within those 14 days then the remaining sessions will be refunded.   

Website Package Terms

The stated price includes the design and build of a website with a maximum of 5 pages. Additional pages or photos can be added for an extra fee.

Student and graduate starter packs available - Please ask for details.

Maintenance Plan Terms

The maintenance plan would commence the day of your website’s launch. You will need to sign up to the maintenance plan by direct debit which will take payment directly from your bank account on the same day each month. You can either set this up as a recurring payment from your bank account (BACS), or we can send you our link to our account with the secure direct debit service – GoCardless.

* Minor updates are limited to 1 hour per month. Any unused time does not roll over to the next month. Updates could include: adding some new photos to your website gallery, updating the website text or minor cosmetic changes to the design. For larger changes, we will charge an additional fee.

** The maintenance plan is an ongoing monthly service that you can cancel at any time. Simply let us know you wish to cancel and we will cancel your direct debit with GoCardless. Or, if you have set up a recurring payment from your bank, you can cancel this yourself. If you cancel the maintenance plan, you will retain full ownership of your website and it will continue to be live. However, any future website management or updates will be charged for by the hour instead.
